Description SALARY RANGE (approximate)
$33.35 - $51.31 hourly $5,779.88 - $8,894.52 monthly $69,358.56 - $106,734.28 annually
POSITION INFORMATION:
Under general direction, manages activities of the Land Use Permits Section within the Planning Division of the Resource Management Agency responsible for residential, coastal and subdivision projects. Position is responsible for the processing of land use permits for primarily residential uses and serves as a member of the Agency's management team. The Manager-RMA Services I/II incumbents manage within five sections of the Planning Division and is distinguished from Deputy Director-RMA in that the latter is responsible for a major division of the Agency (Environmental Health, Planning, Building and Safety, Code Compliance or Operations).
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT(S): Must possess and maintain a current, valid California driver’s license.
