The conference will officially start on Sunday, September 21st and conclude on Wednesday, September 24th.
Conferences include an opening reception in a spectacular venue, keynote speakers, concurrent tracks of programs and seminars including practical "nuts and bolts" sessions, mobile workshops to local planning related venues, the CCAPA awards luncheon, and the California Planning Foundation auction to fund scholarships for planning students.

NEW!  This year's conference features the Lecture-Salon Couplet, a first-ever collaboration with the California Planning Roundtable (http://www.cproundtable.org) to create flexible, informal, and fast-paced sessions.  Join us there for "Inside the Planners Studio," "CPR presents 'The View'", academic presentations, roundtable discussions, and live, ongoing construction of a model of Hollywood. Conference Registration:

On-Line Registration is now closed.  On-site Registration will open at 12 Noon on Sunday, September 21.  You may purchase full/one-day registrations, additional tickets for any event or meal function, and mobile workshops (based on availability) at the on-site registration desk beginning on Sunday.  If you need to print your current registration, click on the changes or additions link below.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received by 8/15/08 will be fully refunded minus a $50 Processing fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER 8/15/08.

Attention AICP Planners:

Please click here for updated AICP CM credit information.

All CCAPA 2008 conference sessions and mobile workshops have been sent to the AICP Certification Board for application of CM credits.  Over 90 percent of last year's conference sessions were approved for CM credits.  This should be true for this year's conference as well.  Full conference attendees should not have any problem getting at least a dozen or more CM credits.
