Speaker: Charity B. Schiller is a Senior Associate Attorney at Best Best & Krieger's Environmental Law and Natural Resources Practice Group. Ms. Schiller advises both public and private clients on all aspects of compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Ms. Schiller regularly publishes articles on a variety of water supply and water quality issues and is a member of the State Bar of California, and currently teaches numerous classes on environmental law at the University of California, Riverside. She also guest lectures regularly at the University of Laverne School of Law, California State University, San Bernardino; and other locations.
