NO on Prop 98 / YES on Prop 99 

No on Prop. 98, which would abolish rent control, stop water infrastructure projects, and destroy land-use planning.
 
Yes on Prop 99, which would prohibit the government from using eminent domain to take a home to transfer to a private developer.
