Onsite registrations will be accepted at the Registration Table at the Conference. You may pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or check.
Cut-off for the hotel is 9/30/10. All reservations need to be made by 9/30 or the rate will be as quoted! Note: Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation charge of one night's room rate and tax. Credit Card deposit of 1 night, no tax, at time of booking.
